a. Modernisation of the TTA- proposal to create a new constitution, and make structural changes to best support teachers in 2026 and beyond (Andrew Hay)

b. Disbanding of the TTA- (Counter-proposal to a.) Set up a working group, appoint an interim President for Dissolution and Dissolution Executive Committee. Establish a new Professional Association for teachers of CDEG- new constitution, new structure proposals and membership structure. (Scott Hunter)

c. Formation of Interim Leadership Team- a short life working group should be formed to action the necessary changes from the vote on proposals A and B (Alison Freeman)
