2. Matters arising:

a. Modernisation of the TTA- proposal to create a new constitution, and make structural changes to best support teachers in 2026 and beyond (Andrew Hay)

b. Disbanding of the TTA- (Counter-proposal to a.) Set up a working group, appoint an interim President for Dissolution and Dissolution Executive Committee. Establish a new Professional Association for teachers of CDEG- new constitution, new structure proposals and membership structure. (Scott Hunter)

c. Health and Safety in the workshop- serious incident procedures and risk management protocols. (Foster Douglas)

d. Marking duties for N5 Woodwork and Metalwork- proposal to demand either renumeration for these additional duties or protected time outside of statutory non-contact periods to facilitate marking and cross-marking. (Barry McMahon)

e. TTA should work for an attractive, functioning assessment piece for Practical Wood. (Roy Davidson)

f. TTA should work for an attractive functional assessment piece for Practical Metal. (Roy Davidson)

g. TTA should work to encourage Education Scotland to fund and produce course resources for all Technology Subjects. (Roy Davidson)
